The Boss Who Exposed His… Uh, You Know

For someone who dared to face a raging black bear just to protect her, Yu Xiaoxiao felt a touch of warmth in her heart. Without hesitation, she grabbed Er Gouzi and tossed him up into the crooked tree.

With a howl, Er Gouzi landed on the treetop, locking eyes with Gu Xingyan in stunned silence.

By the time the mother bear charged toward Yu Xiaoxiao, she was already at the end of her strength. Even her roar sounded weak and breathless.

Just then, Xiao Zhuang and Xiao Wei arrived at Yu Xiaoxiao’s side with Yu Ziyi and Nanny Wei. The three of them stood together, watching as the mother bear stumbled and wheezed her way toward them.

“Is… is she gonna die?!” Gu Xingyan shouted anxiously from the treetop. The bear was coming their way, and those three fools were just standing there with an old lady and a baby—what were they doing, sightseeing?

Nanny Wei took one look at the bear, its blood-red eyes, bared teeth, and furious charge, and finally snapped. Without saying a word, she fainted dead away.

Xiao Wei said to Yu Xiaoxiao, “This bear looked injured before.”

Yu Xiaoxiao nodded. Despite its size, the bear’s coat lacked luster—it was clearly not in good health.

Xiao Zhuang added, “It’s been fighting all these people, of course it’s injured.”

Xiao Wei motioned for Xiao Zhuang to look at the bear’s left forepaw.

Xiao Zhuang took a closer look and discovered a thin wire tightly wound around the bear’s front leg, cutting deep into its flesh.

“It got caught in a trap,” Xiao Wei said. “Princess, want me to finish it?”

Before it could reach Yu Xiaoxiao, the mother bear collapsed to the ground, gasping raggedly, trying to rise but utterly unable to.

The ex-pirates saw the bear fall and all prepared to charge. It had injured so many of their brothers and destroyed their camp—vengeance was a must!

But the Boss didn’t move. He raised a hand to stop them. Those three people under the tree? He had no idea who they were. They’d just survived a fight with a protective mother bear. Better not act rashly.

Yu Xiaoxiao walked over to the mother bear, still carrying the two black cubs.

Xiao Wei and Xiao Zhuang guarded her on either side.

She crouched in front of the bear.

The mother bear let out another hoarse roar, suddenly swiping a paw at her.

Seeing that massive paw coming for his sister-in-law’s head, Gu Xingyan nearly had a heart attack and reflexively shut his eyes.

Er Gouzi’s soul nearly left his body. He froze, practically dead, up in the tree.

But Yu Xiaoxiao calmly pinned the paw to the ground, gave the bear a casual slap on the head, and said to her guards, “Her paw’s completely rotted.”

Xiao Zhuang and Xiao Wei squatted down for a closer look. Only now did they see the gruesome wound clearly: the left front leg, once trapped, was rotting and oozing pus. The injury had spread across the entire limb.

“This bear won’t survive the autumn, will it?” Xiao Zhuang whispered.

Xiao Wei replied, “Even if it does, it’ll never make it through winter.”

Yu Xiaoxiao nodded. “Xiao Wei’s right. This bear’s not gonna last much longer.” Bears needed to fatten up for hibernation. This one would likely die from infection or starvation before winter hit.

Xiao Zhuang asked, “Princess, what should we do?”

Yu Xiaoxiao placed the two cubs onto the mother bear’s body. “Let them have some family time. Let’s go talk to those humans.”

The two cubs instinctively nestled into their mother. The bear, as if realizing her time was short, went still. She didn’t even glance at Yu Xiaoxiao’s group—just lowered her head and looked at her babies.

Ten steps away, the Boss stared nervously at Yu Xiaoxiao as she approached. Something about her was more terrifying than the mother bear.

Yu Xiaoxiao looked him over. The guy was covered in blood, his clothes shredded by the bear, leaving nothing but ripped strips across bulging muscles. She curled her lip and said, “Do you know you’re… flashing your bird?”

Flashing his bird?

The locals all blinked in confusion. What the heck did that mean?

Xiao Wei followed her gaze down and instantly felt faint. Forget manners—he threw his hand over the princess’s eyes and yelled at the Boss, “Shameless bastard!”

The Boss was furious. These three had brought the bear here and gotten his men hurt, and now they were calling him shameless?

Xiao Zhuang also looked down, then quickly raised a hand to shield the princess’s eyes.

Now the Boss sensed something was wrong. He looked down… and nearly died of embarrassment. His pants were shredded to rags—no wonder he felt so breezy down there! If his brothers had seen, whatever, but that girl… she saw too?!

“You—” The Boss clutched his groin with both hands and roared at Yu Xiaoxiao, “You looked at me?!”

Yu Xiaoxiao pushed both Xiao Wei’s and Xiao Zhuang’s hands aside, still eyeing the Boss’s lower half.

“You’re still looking?!” the Boss was about to jump out of his skin.

Yu Xiaoxiao said with disdain, “What’s so special about it? You think it’s big or something?”

“You have no shame!”

“I looked once—it’s not gonna fall off.”

“You little—stop staring!”

“Why bother covering it? It’s barely average length. Tsk, what a waste of such a big body.”

The Boss was on the brink of tears. Can someone please give me a pair of pants?!

Xiao Zhuang and Xiao Wei exchanged awkward glances with the ex-pirates. Something about this whole situation felt… off.

“Shouldn’t it be the girl crying?” one pirate whispered. “Why does it look like our boss is the one about to cry?”

The Boss heard that and thought, Yeah, why the hell should I be embarrassed?

Xiao Wei desperately signaled Yu Xiaoxiao, whispering, “Second Young Master’s right behind you!” If he found out she’d been checking out another man’s junk, and Third Young Master found out from him—was she trying to get her husband killed?!

The Boss straightened his chest, dropped his hands, and let it all hang. If she wasn’t embarrassed to look, he wasn’t scared to show! Being blood-soaked was a warrior’s badge of honor!

Xiao Zhuang and Xiao Wei were about to charge forward and cut the pervert down for disrespecting their princess—but alas, Her Highness always moved faster. Before they could act, she was already in front of the Boss.

Startled by her speed, the Boss clamped his legs together and covered himself again. “What do you want?!”

Yu Xiaoxiao grabbed him by the neck and, with one swing, slammed him into the ground.

The Boss didn’t even see her move. All he knew was one moment he was upright, and the next, everything below his collarbones was buried in dirt.
