Straight Man Yue Qincang and the Thousand-Year-Old Bastard Kaiming
Yue Qincang was a child favored by the heavens—clever from a young age, quick to pick up anything he learned. But he lacked perseverance. His mother said that was fine—what he learned were all just hobbies. As long as he studied well and eventually inherited the family business, everything would be fine.
But Yue Qincang was stubborn. He didn’t want to inherit anything. He just wanted to travel the world and have fun.
Then one day, his happy family fell apart. His once-loving parents were torn apart when his father suddenly died. Not long after, his younger brother got into a car accident and passed away. His mother wept day and night, her spirit shattered. The family business was under attack from competitors, and everything spiraled into chaos.
The weight of it all crushed the barely-twenty-something Yue Qincang. He didn’t even have time to grieve—he just wanted to fix everything immediately. But that’s when he realized, back in college he’d just fooled around, barely read any management books. Now faced with the mess that was the company, he didn’t even know where to begin.
His father was gone, and with him, all goodwill. Former partners started backing off or joined the competition. Morale was low. Key executives were poached. Yue Qincang could only hate himself for being so useless before.
But regret was pointless. At that moment, a woman appeared, claiming she could save everything—he only had to do one thing for her. The offer was generous: enough money to save the company, plus an introduction to a major deal.
Yue Qincang agreed without thinking. He was desperate—for cash and for that deal. It was the only way to keep his father’s legacy from falling apart.
“You Yue family people are the guardians of the Bie Ling. I’ll give you the route and help enhance your body’s physical limit. You just need to go where I say and retrieve something.”
“Steal something?” Yue Qincang thought the name “Bie Ling” sounded weird, but that wasn’t the point.
The woman smiled. “It’s only stealing if it’s from the living. If they’re dead, it’s just taking.”
So this Bie Ling was a dead person?!
Before he could react, she grabbed his wrist and did something. It hurt. When he looked down, there was a thin black mark about the length of a pinky finger. He felt no different.
“What is this?”
“Something good that’ll make you stronger,” she said, eyes sharp. “Remember—drip your tongue blood onto the coffin lid. Be quick. Get the item and get back down. I’ll meet you at the bottom.”
“You still haven’t told me what I’m supposed to take.”
She suddenly leaned in, smiling, and ran a hand down his spine. “Here. Golden. You’ll know it when you see it.”
It was a beauty pressing up on him, but Yue Qincang felt chills. That hand didn’t feel like a hand—it felt like a weapon ready to kill him at any second.
Back home, he looked up what the heck “Bie Ling” was. The stories were basically mythological. The woman seemed too slick to be sane. Could such a thing really still exist?
But she’d already paid him. Yue Qincang figured, whether she was playing him or not, he’d take the money and go. If he found nothing—too bad.
When he reached the location, he saw the same group that had brought his younger brother’s remains back. Were they after Bie Ling’s bones too?
The mountain path was steep. Yue Qincang had trained in boxing and hiked a lot, but this undeveloped place was still intimidating. But he noticed his body felt stronger. The others seemed to only have a general direction—no map. With the one the woman gave him, he quickly found the place first.
A floating black coffin, faintly glowing, made of who-knows-what.
He’d already been shocked many times today, but seeing this made him hesitate. What if this really is the guardian spirit of our Yue family?
Living or dead…
Yue Qincang thought for a second and made up his mind. Saving the company came first. Worst case, he’d build a shrine and burn incense every day.
He bit his tongue—damn, that hurt—and dripped the blood onto the coffin. A loud crack sounded as it opened. He flipped down quickly but underestimated his new strength, and fell straight into the coffin. Nose first.
He looked up and locked eyes with a pair of pitch-black, wicked eyes.
Wasn’t this supposed to be a corpse?!
“There’s movement.”
Someone outside spoke. Yue Qincang panicked, no time to think about where his lips had landed on that “corpse.” He reached in, found the golden bone, yanked it out with a snap, and ran.
Only later did he find out his actions were basically dancing with a tiger—and had even left Kaiming paralyzed for a while.
“You idiot,” Kaiming said, slapping him in the face even from his wheelchair, still managing to exude a superior aura. “Carry me to bed.”
After a month together, Yue Qincang had already been thoroughly worn down. Somehow, that thousand-year-old bastard had messed with his body so that disobeying commands made his chest ache.
So he obediently picked up this so-called lord and carried him. If he were a soft, cute guy, fine. Princess-carry and all that. But Kaiming is a burly dude—no vibes at all!
“Take off my clothes,” Kaiming said calmly from the bed.
Yue Qincang was past the phase of getting mad about that kind of command. He just sighed and did it. Kaiming’s black carapace was peeling off, revealing tanned, manly skin beneath.
“If you keep touching, see what happens,” Kaiming warned, watching Yue Qincang’s lingering hand on his abs.
Yue Qincang clicked his tongue. “As if!” But in truth, he really was kind of envious. If only he had abs like that…
Kaiming hid his expression, then ordered Yue Qincang to help wipe him down.
In truth, this was the one thing Yue Qincang actually enjoyed. He could tease Kaiming and watch him try to hold it in. That was the most satisfying.
That’s right—even paralyzed, Kaiming could still get hard.
The first time Yue Qincang helped wash him, he tried to avoid it. But the thing sprang up right in front of him and gave him a scare. And as someone who was constantly getting worked over by this guy, it was satisfying to see Kaiming try to act calm.
“Need help this time?” Yue Qincang poked the erection and grinned. “Say you’ll stop squeezing me dry, and I’ll find you a woman.”
Kaiming paused, raised a brow. “A woman?”
“Yeah, what—you want me to do it?” Yue Qincang made a face. “Helping you bathe is already my straight-man limit. You want me to jerk you off too? No way. So—woman, yes or no?”
“No need,” Kaiming said with a dark look and a smile. “Get lost.”
Yue Qincang didn’t know what his deal was. Why was Kaiming mad again? But when he looked at the poor thing standing up stiff, he sighed and forgave him. A guy that hard, with nowhere to go—understandable, understandable.
He walked out grinning. Back in the room, Kaiming stared at the closed door and sneered coldly.
“Just wait. Once I get the golden bone back…”
Over a month later, after returning from sea with the golden bone, Kaiming could walk again. Tall, commanding. Yue Qincang wasn’t happy.
“You can walk now. Why are you still bossing me around?! You’ve got arms and legs!”
“Come to my room tonight. I have something for you,” Kaiming said flatly.
Yue Qincang lit up. “Finally feeling grateful, huh? Gonna give me something for serving you so long?”
“Something good,” Kaiming said meaningfully.
Yue Qincang didn’t catch the burning desire in his eyes. Still excited, he said, “Guess you have some decency after all.”
That night, too curious, Yue Qincang headed over without even finishing dinner. When he got there, no one was around—but the sound of running water came from the bathroom. “Kaiming? You taking a bath?”
Just then, the door behind him slammed shut.
The water stopped. A chill ran down his spine. Then Kaiming walked out—completely naked, water dripping down his body. For some reason, Yue Qincang’s mouth felt dry.
“W-What are you giving me?”
Kaiming smiled. Yue Qincang quickly waved his hands. “Don’t smile like that—it creeps me out!”
“Scared? You don’t want the good stuff anymore?”
Now Yue Qincang really doubted the “gift.” He backed away. “Forget it. I just remembered something—gotta go—”
“Leaving?” Kaiming grabbed him. Wet hands slid under Yue Qincang’s sweater. He didn’t know if it was the cold or something else, but his spine tingled. “W-What are you doing?”
Kaiming leaned close and whispered, “I’m going to fill you with the good stuff—fill you up completely.” He kissed his trembling earlobe. “Okay?”
“Oka—What do you mean okay?! I’m straight! You can’t just—!!!”
Kaiming chuckled lowly, and Yue Qincang’s heart skipped along with it.
“Straight? Hm?” Kaiming’s hand slid lower. “If you’re straight, why’d you get hard when I kissed your ear?”
Yue Qincang couldn’t even argue. Damn traitorous body! He snapped, “You probably did something weird to me!”
“If you want it this bad, I’d be cruel not to give it to you.” Kaiming had no interest in chatting anymore. After months of being hard with no release, he wasn’t stopping now. If he didn’t destroy this brat tonight, he wasn’t Kaiming!
Yue Qincang panicked. I’m a proud, straight man! I’m supposed to carry on the Yue family line! If this ancient perv ruins me—my dignity!
…
Thirty minutes later, with Kaiming’s expert skill, the once-proud Yue Qincang had tears at the corners of his eyes and whimpered between sobs.
“Damn you—hurry up and put it in already! Stop teasing!!!”
“Oh? Yes, straight man,” Kaiming murmured, as he thrust in with ruthless force.
